Modern, efficient and environmentally friendly with capacity for 288 passengers, 269 in Economy and 19 in Business, the A330-200 will be used on some of the company's longest routes, such as Montevideo and Buenos Aires. 

Improvements on earlier models include a higher side at foot height in the Business seats and the newest Economy seat on the market, with an ergonomic design that offers more space to our customers. Inflight connectivity has also been enhanced by increasing download speed.  

 With the addition of this aircraft to the company's fleet, expected this month, Iberia becomes the first airline in the world to receive this version of the A330-200 242t, which has a maximum take-off weight of 242 tonnes.
