Today, on World Cabin Crew Day, over a hundred Iberia PCCs, wearing uniforms designed by Teresa Helbig, the National Fashion Award winner, paraded through the heart of Madrid, between Plaza del Callao and Espacio Iberia, the airline’s pop-up store on Gran Vía 48. There, they shared their flight experiences and anecdotes.
Iberia currently has 4,046 Cabin Crew on staff, of whom 2,764 are women (68.31% of the workforce) and 1,282 men (31.69% of the workforce).
So far this year, 368 newly hired cabin crew have joined Iberia.
