In May, Iberia and its low-cost carrier Iberia Express return to the top rung of the punctuality ladder.

Iberia, Europe’s Most Punctual Carrier
No fewer than 88% of the 15,105 flights operated by Iberia in May were on time, the highest rate for any airline in Europe in the month.
In January it led the world in punctuality, and it ranked second in the world in February.
The Spanish airline became world’s most punctual carrier in 2016 and 2017, while it ranked third in 2018, thanks to the commitment of its employees and Iberia’s transformation process.
Iberia Express, the World’s Most Punctual Low-Cost Airline
Iberia Express saw 92.29% of its flights arriving on time in May, topping the world in its category for the second time this year, the first being in January.
Iberia Express made history by putting in the best on-time performance of all the world’s low-cost airlines for five years running, from 2014 to 2018, testifying to its record-setting operational efficiency.
