Since 2016 Iberia has cooperated with the Fundación Integra, which works towards a society free of gender violence, and helps women who have suffered from such violence and people at risk of social marginalisation to regain control over their lives through paid employment. A proper job can help them recover their independence, their self-esteem, and their sense of self-worth, so they and their children may live full lives.
At this year’s annual meeting, the foundation awarded Iberia a Special Mention for its work in supporting the entry into the workforce of the most vulnerable members of society.
