Iberia Plus Loyalty Programme Launches October Promotion for Members

• Frequent-flyer programme cardholders can earn up to 5,000 extra Avios by trading with Iberia Plus partners in October

Cardholders of Iberia Plus can earn as many as 5,000 extra Avios (points) by using the services of two or more of the following partners in the Spanish airline’s loyalty programme: 

• American Express credit cards and Iberia Cards 
• Dufry duty-free shops in Spain, the Iberia Plus Store, the La Roca Village shopping centre in Barcelona and the Las Rozas Village centre in Madrid
• Avis and Budget car rentals
• Cabify
• Repsol and Cepsa petrol stations
• Hotel reservations made via hotel.iberia.com
• Cinesa cinemas

To qualify, Iberia Plus members must use the services of at least two of these partners before 31 October. The more partners traded with, the more extra Avios:

• Two partners: 200 extra Avios
• Three partners: 300 extra Avios
• Four partners: 500 extra Avios
• Five partners: 1,000 extra Avios
• Six partners: 2,000 extra Avios
• Seven partners: 5,000 Avios

Avios earned via this promotion scheme will be credited to members’ accounts on 15 January 2020.

In 1990 Iberia established the Iberia Plus programme to reward the loyalty of its best customers with free flights and other benefits. The programme, which now boasts 1.5 million active members, offers five card levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Infinita, and Infinita Prime, along with  Iberia Plus Kids for children aged 2-11. 

Cardholders earn Avios when they buy flights from the airlines participating in the programme, and also when they book hotels and rental cars, buy at retail shops or use any other services supplied by Iberia Plus partners. Avios can be spent on air travel, rental cars, holiday packages, leisure activities, etc.
