Iberia celebrates its 95-year anniversary by auctioning replicas of some of its iconic uniforms

• The Spanish airline turns 95 today: it was founded on 28 June 1927
• To mark this anniversary, Iberia will auction some of the uniforms that have been part of its history and which have recently been on display at the Espacio Iberia
• For the next 48 hours, people can bid for their favourite uniform at an auction which is open to the public at auctions.iberia.com
• Designs by Pedro Rodríguez, Manuel Pertegaz, Elio Bernhayer, and Alfredo Caral will be available from a starting price of €80
• With its Espacio Iberia –set in the heart of Madrid-, the airline seeks to share its new in-flight experience, along with showcasing its new uniform, which was debuted on 1 June

Iberia was founded 95 years ago today, on 28 June 1927, and to commemorate this anniversary the airline will offer various activities throughout this week.

Among these events there will be an auction of some of the uniforms that have been part of its history and which have recently been on display at the Espacio Iberia. Here, over more than 350sq m and in the heart of Madrid, Iberia offers a closer view of its new in-flight experience, coinciding with the presentation of the new uniform that its staff debuted on 1 June.

Bid for a Unique Collectible

Obtaining some of the uniforms that have been part of the airline's history is now possible through a public auction that will be open for the next 48 hours.

At auctions.iberia.com  anyone can bid on the uniforms designed by Pedro Rodríguez, Manuel Pertegaz, Elio Bernhayer, and Alfredo Caral, with a starting price of €80.
