Iberia continues to promote the recovery of its corporate traffic and, more specifically, the segment made up of SMEs and entrepreneurs, who were the first to resume business travel after the pandemic.
Thinking about these small- and medium-sized companies, Iberia is improving its On Business programme, which already has 22,000 registered customers -18,000 in Spain and 4,000 in Europe and Latin America- and aims to increase its SME portfolio by 25% in the next year.
On Business is Iberia's loyalty programme which allows SMEs to save money and have greater control over their spending on corporate travel, accumulating points and benefiting from discounts and promotions. More information here: https://www.iberia.com/es/empresas/on-business/
Exclusive Call Centre for SMEs
Now, Iberia is improving this programme with the launch of an exclusive call centre in Spain, with a new telephone number (918 790 033) that will be operational from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In parallel, online customer service is easier to use, with a new exclusive form for On Business members, which can be accessed from their company profile and the airline’s website.
Another new and improved feature of the On Business programme is electronic invoicing, which provides SMEs with ease and speed, and is now available on the customer dashboard, at all times and from anywhere.
In addition, Iberia opens a new communication channel with its On Business members through a newsletter with more personalised content, which includes a summary of customers' activity: the points they have accumulated and their expiration date, the flights taken or exchanged, and the points obtained by using the Iberia Cards Business card.
SMEs can sign up for On Business in the iberia.com corporate site: https://www.iberia.com/es/empresas/on-business/
