Iberia today launches a special price campaign to travel this winter to its new destinations: Innsbruck and Salzburg in Austria, Tromso in Norway, and Rovaniemi in Lapland. These destinations invite the airline's customers to enjoy the snow, explore Christmas markets, admire the Northern Lights, and even visit Santa's house.
For ski and winter sports enthusiasts, Iberia is offering direct flights to Innsbruck from Madrid from 1 December to 26 March, with two weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays. Tickets can be purchased from €79 each way.
Another Austrian city that offers the chance to enjoy the snow, but also traditional Christmas markets, is Salzburg. Direct flights between Madrid and this Austrian city will begin on 30 November, with two weekly flights, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which will continue until 29 March. Tickets are also available from €79 each way.
This winter Iberia is also launching a new route to Tromso, Norway. This Scandinavian city offers a variety of options, such as enjoying the Northern Lights, visiting the Norwegian fjords, and taking sleigh rides. The route will be available from 1 December, operating on Thursdays and Sundays, until 2 March. Tickets can be purchased from €139 each way.
Another of the most popular destinations is Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus. The airline seeks to repeat the success of 2023, and scheduled flights from 30 November to 1 March, with up to 4 frequencies per week during December, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These flights are available from €139 each way.
Destinations for All Tastes
In addition to these winter destinations, Iberia's campaign includes a selection of 39 cities to suit all tastes. Travellers looking for cultural experiences can choose between European cities such as Paris, Lisbon, and Milan, or American cities such as New York, and Washington DC. For those who prefer sun and beaches, Iberia offers flights to destinations such as Costa Rica, Havana, and Rio de Janeiro, as well as domestic options such as Las Palmas, Tenerife, and Lanzarote, all at very affordable prices.
The campaign also includes the recently inaugurated route to Tokyo, which connects Spain and Japan directly with three weekly flights, offering an excellent way to discover Japanese culture and landscapes.
