Iberia Maintenance is now part of the Honeywell Channel Partner Network of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies for four product families: Engine Mechanical Accessories, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Avionics. This includes components for widely used engines such as the CFM56, all of which are located at Iberia Maintenance’s La Muñoza maintenance center in Madrid.
This long-term strategic agreement reinforces Iberia Maintenance’s commitment to the development and specialization of its component workshop, which certified more than 28,000 units in 2024. The collaboration represents a firm commitment to the future of this area, with tangible benefits for customers.
Through this partnership with Honeywell, Iberia Maintenance will be able to offer faster turnaround times, lower operational costs, and a stronger relationship with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), resulting in a more efficient, competitive service aligned with international standards of quality and safety.
Fernando Comenge, Director of Strategy, Transformation and Supply Chain at Iberia Maintenance, stated: “This agreement with Honeywell marks a key strategic step in reinforcing our international positioning in engine and component maintenance. By becoming a Channel Partner, we are strengthening our ties with OEMs and positioning ourselves at the very heart of their ecosystem. This closer integration gives us access to cutting-edge technology, enhances our specialization, and allows us to deliver more competitive, agile, and efficient solutions to our customers. With this partnership, we ensure the sustainable growth of our workshops and are fully prepared to face the challenges of the industry with confidence”.
